ok my window came out of track today its a 98 civic and i heard they had a tech bulletin about this ( honda did)

well i took my door panel off, and it came out of track at the weather stripping the side near the mirror. my question is, how do i pop it back into place? its like too far over to push the weather stripping back into place..and is there anyway to even get the regulator out? its really hard to work with the metal between u and the window itself..
