d16y8 longblock into 94' EX?

I found a built d16y8 around for sale for a good price. I was wondering when running on a 94' EX what will I need?

what do I do to run obd1? will the z6 tranny mount right up?

I've heard a 96-98y8 head will take a d16z6 dizzy. is that true?
