Transmission failure
This probably doesn't have anything to do with tech but i would like to share my horrible day with you all. It started out a good day, leaving for work early. Driving the car for two minutes then down shift from fifth. won't come out the gear. i was like oh ****. at the moment i was at the light. so i rolled down hill to the side of the road. hella pissed off wondering what the hell is wrong with my car. "clutch was already going bad slipping, was going to replace it this weekend. guess the car wanted me to change it sooner." so here's pictures for you all you laugh at.

Unceasing Measure
1.) that's the first time I've seen aftermarket tow hooks put to good use. Props
2.) Your clutch disc probably shat out one or more of its springs, thus wedging the clutch and pressure plate and flywheel together. It's happened to me before (stock clutch at 234k!)
I hope your week gets better

I didnt really think those datum tow hooks would actually "tow," and i hope your week gets better. Theres nothin like having car problems in the morning and being late to work

Huh??
But to the OP, sounds like you will be needing a new clutch, might as well get an aftermarket one if you plan to drag it from time to time.

Damn... I just trashed my DEPOs too. One had a broken ground bolt inside, but I'm not sure which one now.
Btw, the wiring is different for different makers. So you might want to clarify.

That tow guy was literally just at my shop on Wednesday!
Who is this? I probably know you. I'm Tom from Acura's and Honda's Specialists on Tara Blvd. That gas station and Chevron look awfully familiar.

Thanks for noting that. By what i can see the plugs on my yellow depot foglights (from Asswordjdm) match up to the "clear foglights" i am currently selling. The "clear foglights" plug right up to the harness that came with the depot foglights. Im not sure what manufacturer they are from, but they are not marked depot. So in all, the male and female plugs are exactly the same besides the color of the plugs. (they are black). Although the Mounting points from "mounts" to foglights are not interchangable between the depot fogs and the "clear foglights" i am currently selling. So anybody that is interested on buying these lmk. i have pics in my "for sale" thread. Also if you want the link lmk.
