Default steering shaking

Aight fellas i recently bought new wheels for my teg and bought tein basic damper kit for my ride. At about 60 mph and up, the steering wheel shakes slightly, i dont if its because the suspension is lot more stiff so the car feels more rugged. Any advice as to where to start checking for this problem?

1st get your wheels/tires rebalanced. it's sounds to only be that minor. if that doesn't work check products for defects. especially tires or bent wheels.

Front end alignment and adjust of chamber might be the issue. Correct me if I am wrong but when ever you change out your suspension/ chamber you should always get a alignment redone. It also might be the wheels balanced ^^

bad alignment/camber will not cause a steering wheel shimmy.

first off i would suspect an out of balance tire. if your wheel is bent, the tire balancer will definatly let u know. stiffness of the suspension will not cause a steering wheel vibration. vibration in a car is caused with a component that is rotating. steering rack, rotor, axle, hub and bearings and wheels/tires will cause a steering vibration.

Yo fellas thanks for info got my wheel balanced all four of them and i tested the car on the freeway and it just needed wheel balancing. It turns out the tire shop that initially put wheels on have a bad reputation. The tire shop that i went to have wheels rebalanced were telling they get a lot of customers complaining about that tire shop.If you in Richmond Hill,Queens i dont recommend you going to the tire shop on Linden blvd right off the van wyck expressway service road . I would recommend them

Might want to rephrase your sentance. You don't recommend the shop, then you do!
