Default possesed steering wheel

So here's my problem. my steering wheels shakes when i drive. Its not noticeable till until im doin about 20, but then it gets progressively worse as i go faster. Heres what ive done to the car recently. A week ago i put new h&r springs on the car and since the offset of my wheels isnt big enough it was rubbing like no other. so yesterday i put my stock ones back on. and thats when it started. Im thinkin the alignment is way off? but i dunno anything about suspension (still learning). any ideas?

Whenever you mess with your suspension you need a alignment.

Wheel balance!!!! An alignment effect the way a tire pulls. I.e. let go of the steering wheel and it pulls left or right. Vibration is the wheels themselves weather it be bad tires or just bad balancing.

EDIT: Just to make sure, did you use the star pattern when tightening the tires?
1...2
3...4

Tighten 1 then four, after that two then three. always cross tighten (just saying you never know).

i hate to say this and i hope i am way off. but did you take out the spacers between your wheel and rotor. just a thought because i have done it before when i switched my rims and i also warped my rotor by trying to tighten the lugs. so hopefully i am way wrong but i thought i would bring it up

I drove around for months wondering what the "thunk" noise was whenever I mildly accelerated from a stop. Turned out to be a loose lug in my front wheel

ooof.. that happened to me too.. but i just drove for like 2 weeks. it sounded like it was comming from my front left wheel, so i looked there for days. then my friend kindly points out on the other side.. "hey you're missing a couple lug nuts"

"hey you're missing a couple lug nuts"
how does someone just lose a couple of lug nuts?? do you have rims that someone could have been tryin to jack and could not get the rest of the lug nuts off?? also make sure that you tourqe the wheels correctly when you put them back on..

Yeah, I searched endlessly for the source of the sound..tightened the calipers, motor mounts, all suspension components, even took it to the dealership which of course "didn't hear it" on their test drive. thank god it was still under warrantee
