Default D15B7 stuck spark plug

I had the valve cover gasket leaking oil about a year ago, before I changed it. But I guess I didnt clean the threads enough, or didnt put enough anti-seize on the new plugs.
Now one of the plugs is stuck in there really bad. It feels like it takes maybe 70ft-lbs just to turn it.
I had a little trouble removing other 3 plugs also, but not as bad as this one. This one I turned about 1/4 of a turn, and it felt like it was stuck even more. So I just tightened it back by 1/4 turn and left it there.

Is there some easy way to get it out? Does anyone know? By "easy way" I mean something that wouldnt damage the thread or make me take the head off and to a machine shop.

PS> I just had the head taken off last month to replace the head gasket. I didnt take it to a machine shop, which I regret now, they wouldve taken care of the stuck spark plug too

Well, sounds like it's either partially frozen or is cross-threaded. My guess would be the latter. In that case, you will have to get the hole re-threaded or get a new head.

How long can I drive on an old spark plug? I am hoping to drive it for at least another year before dealing with it again (1 year = 40k miles)

Should I then just get a VTEC head, if getting a new head anyway?
Does anyone know where I can find a decent VTEC head for cheap? Around Los Angeles area?

You can leave it in, maybe run some Seafoam through it to clean it up. Finding VTEC heads in LA should be like finding a beer in Milwaukee; they're a dime a dozen.

Check the Marketplace here.

Another question:
Any tips on how to clean the holes for the spark plugs? There was a little bit of oil and coolant from when I took the head off and moved it around.
I tried soaking paper towels, but it is hard to get to with a paper towel around a stuck spark plug
