need to convert wiring in 96 lude to jdm h22a internal coil distributor obd1 where do the wires for the old crank sensor go?

 

don't convert it like that

swap out the oil pump and distributor for obd2 units.

 

can't, when timing belts broke it ruined the crank sensors and the crank shaft pully is bad. So by the time i replace these and buy a new oil pump the cost would be very high. If I can use the jdm dizzy with internal coil and extend the wiring from the old sensors to the dizzy I'm hoping to do the same thing if possible.

 

Don't do that, you'll have problems. I did, and had problems.

I think I'm on my 8th burnt up distributor now, and still have a "random misfire" check engine light that won't go away.

I'm in the process of buying all of the obd2 stuff now to convert it back to get rid of the problems....
