CRX 1.5L No start
Starts for about a second or two then stalls.
No voltage to #1 fuse (haven't checked others yet.
initially thought this was a no fuel prob - replaced fuel filter, fuel pump, and main relay
No LEDs from ECU well, it does light when key in crank position - but no codes.
manual says if no LED check #1 fuse - If fuse is good check yellow wire between fuse and COMBINATION METER
Now my question is - What is the combination meter?
Any help would be great!

I believe "combination meter" is a reference to the
instrument or gauge cluster..
Ie:a combination of meters: Speedometer, tachometer, gas gauge etc...
Check fuse #14 alternator,solenoid
which provides power to the main relay..

Well it was time to start working on this problem again. I came across this post
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2206616
So I checked, and my engine would run if the key was held in the third position. I checked for continuity at the conections per the trouble shooting guide and sure enough, the switch was bad in the run position. I replaced the ignition switch and everything is working great.
thanks for the help
