no sir...never had any grinding problems. Plus that motul gear300 that i have in for tans fluid really makes the shifts smooth. Alot of people with any grinding issues used this trans fluid and it solved the problem. I guess thats what $100 on trans fluid gets ya

yea that motul300 is good stuff. i prob should have used that in my '04.. ended up using valvoline75-90 and started to get that grind after i did my 30k. threw some synchomesh in there and sold her a couple weeks ago. i want another sti now!
