ive istalled that kit, you will have to cut the down pipe flange off and have an exaust shop make one, the turbo shouldnt hit the alt. it should be very close to the harness- just be carefull with it, you may have to loosen the compressor housing bolts and turn the compressor side, youll also have an issue with the waste gate hiting the hood, make sure you have the dump side facing away from the alt., or youll burn it up, ive ran this kit and had no prob. and made good power so good luck, let me know if you need anything else

cheers. ive had to remove one of the fans of the rad as it wudnt fit. cant bolt the top rad mounts on eiva as the turbo hits the rad. does the turbo go on the alternator side or the gearbox side as i cant see how an air filter or even a pipe 4 an air filter will fit.cheers

Just throw that POS turbo kit away now before it causes you more problems.

YES I RAN THE XS KIT @5PSI WITH JUST AN AFC MAKING 293 TO THE WHEELS UN TUNED,- I HAD TO GET A SLIM FAN-PUT IT ON THE FRONT OF THE RADIATOR- AND CUT THE CORE AND INCH AND THE RADIATOR WILL GO FORWARD AN INCH THAT GAVE ME ENOUGH ROOM, THE COMPRESSOR SIDE OF THE TURBO GOES ON THE ALT. SIDE, AND NO A FILTER WILL NOT FIT YOU WILL HAVE TO GET A METAL SCREEN FOR IT. DONT LISTEN TO ANY ONE SAYING XS-POWER MANIFOLD CRACK OR TURBO FALL APART IVE SEEN TO B SERIES WITH THIS KIT AS WELL AS MINE AND NO PROBS, GOOD LUCK
