What injectors should I get for a high compression (12:1) 2.0 liter motor - tuned with a Hondata?

What stock work?

I'm looking for 210+ WHP.

 

310s or 370s.

 

What size are Prelude injectors?

 

290s i beleive

 

OBD1s i think r 310 and OBD2 r 270

 

Prelude = 280-290cc
If your gonna be running hondata, you could use 440cc injectors.

 

not even close 440 or 550cc. i have a 2.0L and i am pretty much maxed my 440's. and i am running hondata

hmmmmm I guess 550cc would be your best bet

 

I didn't know that 440 are necessary for a 2.0 liter motor. I used STOCK injectors when I had Toda "B" with no problems.

I'll be running ITR cams. So, the vote is 440s?

 

what's your setup????

 

listen you need 440's or higher with big cams, i am only running jun 2 and switching to toda b's and i am out of useable fuel really. if you dont believe me i will post some dataloggin files tomorrow of my car with the 440's and the jun 2 cams. my setup puts 220whp and 154 ft lbs.

 

Here's my setup:

1. Resleeved (GE) - 84.5
2. 11.7 Compression, Eagle rods
3. STOCK ITR head
4. ITR cams
5. JDM Mugen header
6. Hondata

440s with ITR cams?

its easy to back down fuel psi than to run real high psi at the rail. bigger injectors and 50psi is better than small injectors and 75-80psi.

i get 398cc with 50psi at the rail. so 440 will work just fine and you will run a little rich using 0.50 bfsc which is probably a good thing. do the math, remember hondas lose about 20% of the hp from the crank to the wheels so enter about 260 for a 210whp motor....260*.2 = 52 ..... 260-52 = 208whp

gsr98vtec: hey, whats up man. what kind of fuel pressure are you running? what kind of a/f ratio did you have on the dyno? when we did mike m's B20, he was running 310cc injectors at 48psi, and in VTEC his A/F was a constant 13.0-13.1:1
granted, he still needed a bigger header and more tuning, but we got 210.8hp and 147.7tq at the wheels. he DEFINITELY had enough fuel.

 

bring that chit to orlando , lets see what it runs!!!

 

stock injectors will handle with that setup, but id step up to 310s

perfect i am down for that, i will have my 15in wheels by then and i'll put in my ats 4.9. i'll bring that **** down for sure. mike i am at 13.5:1 so i guess thats a little lean maybe, but i dont know how accurate rosens a/f meter is on the dyno. btw. i will be in naples next weekend with jill, keep your phone on so we can meet up, havent seen you,chris,mike or josh in a while. oh, i got the fedex package the other day, thanks bro, got that out before the **** went under....set something up for the warp tour i love that ****, saw it the last 2 years
