Default Mild build on GSR

Want to do a mild build on a GSR budget is a very big factor.
This is what I want to do:
1. Crower cams 63413-2 Stage 3 - All-Motor Drag Race profile (only because I am getting a good deal on them)
2. Either BC or crower springs & retainers
3. ITR pistons with a two layer gas kit that should give me 11.8 compression
(what to go this way because I don’t what to change rods)
4. Hondata S200
5. Throttle body 68mm

What I have already
1. I/H/E -E 2"1/4 H-ITR

Any thoughts or advice on the above

Those cams are not optimal for your motor.

2.25" is going to restrict your motor alot.
Is it a JDM ITR header?

JDM ITR header - yes
why not the crower cams, is it too aggressive?

Yes, this build is a by your admission a "mild" street set-up. Those cams require a motor that can flow a lot of air.

Unless, you plan to rev to 11K get a milder set of cams.
