Engine light help!

Engine light help!

Ok, I have check it with the piece of wire as you check the 92-95 civic 's... But it doens't blink or do nothing just stays on and no change. Light just stays on can anyone help me with this?

try it again but with a paper clip because i used some kind of wire and it would'nt work so i used a paper clip and it did....
