removal M2U4 trans problem

Default removal M2U4 trans problem

ive remvoed my ransmission fro the engine block of the car and every is undone the problem is a i can"t drop it because it hits the frame. how do you drop the tranny at an angle ?

Did you remove the Cross member?

Yes, remove the front subframe. That will give you a ton more room. That will also remove the front engine mount, so make sure you have something supporting the engine. That will allow the engine to sag more, and you'll be able to get the trans off without too much trouble.
