Im running a t3t4 (needs seals but not bad), tial 38mm with 7psi spring and avcr. I know my avcr is plumbed correct (i could set it for 20psi and up). The avcr displays 90& duty and reads the correct boost (.91 bar). I have my settings at 2.5bar and 90% duty. Any ideas what could be causing this?

I also verified all my vacuum lines and they check out.
