Default 90 SI Issues

The story of this CRX goes like this. Timing belt broke, we removed the head, we were stupid and didnt realize the #3 exhaust valves were bent and it went back on with a new timing belt. There was no compression in #3, so we replaced the exhaust valves in #3 and put it back together. It now runs and idles, cold, but once its warmed up it will not hold its idle, bogs down to about 250 rpm or so and then ultimately stalls. When cold, if the throttle is touched, once released, it will bog down and either idle extremely rough or stall.

Is there a flywheel inspection panel for checking the timing with a timing light? or do I have to go by the camshaft pulley somehow?

Either way, does anyone know what the issue might be here?

You can place a timing light on crankshaft pulley and use the helms manual if within the spec. What caused the original T belt to snap?

Old age caused it to snap, I think it went about 160,000 miles with original belt, it looked horrible.
Dont have a helms manual handy, should I bite the bullet and just get one?

Is this the only thing we suspect is the problem? Incorrect timing?

Thought i'd fill in what happened,
More likely than not, our head has warped, since oil is leaking out the side, and coolant is getting into the 4th cylinder. Future note - Never take off head bolts out of sequence.
