Default Fuel cut off switch question

hey guys,im installing a fuel cut off switch like the 1 from the faq..he uses a 25a switch and i just bought a 10a from radioshack cuz they didnt have any 25...will it work?

I wouldnt run less then 15A as that is the fuse that honda uses. 10A should do it but keep a watchful eye on the switch.

its not going to hurt anything.........if anything the relay will be susceptible to going bad bc of the lower amp rating........going with a higher amp relay is bad bc it will allow more current to flow through the devices/wires causing them to get effed up.......laymens terms by looking at the theory behind fuses.--->say honda engineered a particular device to work safely at 15A...they'll then have a fuse for that circuit that will blow/pop if the circuit goes above the 15A rating.......so all in all using a lower rated relay will if anything just go bad on ya but not do anything damaging
