Default Little leak = Wet Ankles, any ideas?

My civic VT (SiR) Has a little leak.

When it rains theres a little puddle on the passenger side, it seems to gently trickle down by the ECU and also drips near the pedals.

Then when I get in, and first drive off, it pours from somewhere behind the dash, and makes my shoes and ankles wet. Then it doesnt do it again until its been sitting in heavy rain.

Its the original windscreen and having re-sealed any suspect bungs in the firewall, all the sunroof drains are ok, (I poured over a litre of water into the sunroof at each drain hole).

I'm thinking the sealants gone bad hence the leak, but also a tad worried that its classic Honda frame rot.
Do the EF/EE's do this?

Any other ideas?

Cheers,
Stu

Usually the leak originates from the fresh air inlet vent under the cowl. To verify this, next time you feel water on your feet, open the **** that lets fresh air in for the driver. Take a flash light and look in the vent to see if you see water.
