assembaly lube, honda bond, or other various sealer as you see fit. Manuals, torque specs, which are in the manuals. Torque wrenches, micrometers would be nice, plasti guage is better then nothing. Patience, and a very clean working environment. Never hurts to have a friend around to help you the first time, help you watch for mistakes.

all the bearings are color coated. when i rebuilt mine for the first time my best friend was that service manual, if you don't have one get one. instead of buying seperate gaskets for the head just get a head set and youll be sure to get everthing you need. also i don't know how you took apart the engine but staying very organized is the way to go. keep all the bolts either in the spot there supposed to go or with the part. Get a service manual and know it. it will tell you what you need to replace and how exactly

Do a lot of research or you are going to learn an expensive lesson. Here is a helpful link from evans racing. The images are down on the site but it lists the tools that are needed.
