Default Trans or clutch??

ok about a week ago i replaced the clutch on a 96 honda civic HB when i took out the old clutch the thing was so SMOOTH no grip so i replaced it a used one with alot more grip.Well I was replacing the clutch because of the sudden noise that occurs as soon as i release the clutch peddle like a piece of metal is being tossed around. Well doing the obvious i replaced the THROWout bearing the clutch not the pp or the flywheel they looked fine. Is this a bad trans???????? it juss rattles like crazy as soon as the pedal is released on neutral 1 2 3 etc any ideas?

if your not in gear and it does it its not gonna be the trans.. its probably your pressure plate

Pressure plates don't have teeth. They have figures.

IMO a spring fell out of the clutch disc.
