Problem 1:

I noticed the exhaust on my civic rattles from time to time against the heat shield. Is there anything I can use to help hold the exhaust in place for my specific car? I would take the cat off but I have to have it on there. Also, would removing the heat shield be a bad idea?

Problem 2:

My disks brakes, no matter what I do, seem to always squeal. I have brand new brakes/rotors broken in to about 1,200 miles or so. Now, the front left one never ever squeals when I brake, but the front right squeals like it would if the brake pad was dead. I took them off and put brake pad silencer on and still no luck. Any other ideas?
