yes, all b series transmissions work on b series motors. i see you have a 92, with a hydraulic clutch pedal, so you should use the B16A2 transmission for best results.

please dont half *** it and get a first gen b16 unless your not paying for it
you need more than just a transmission and clutch.
it WILL cost you more to do that swap than to save the money and do a second gen b16.

?? why ?! if i get a B16A1 with B16A2 tranny should the speedometer and so on not work !? and would the hydro not fit ??
what else would be needed !?
The B16A1 run pretty good !!
and here it is easyer 2 get the B16A1 engine
so if the B16A2 fits it should be a easy swap ??

you will have to get a hydro to cable kit from hasport.
and your still gonna need axles, injectors, harness, distributor and a diffrent ecu.
total all that up and its the same price as a b16 second gen.
the first gen motors have less agresive cams too.

and everything else is 2gen wires and ecu only thing would be the engine !!

as i said before !! it is hard 2 come by the 2gen engine !!

its the CLUTCH
the clutch is cable operated while the newer one is hydraullic!
second gen engines are easy to find boy! where are you looking!
