hey i just installed an aftermarket header on my 93 civic ex fodo and it has a leak up top by the headlights where the 3 bolts are located. I've already put on the gasket and bolts that came with the system. but idk why its leaking.

 

is it leaking from the gasket or where the header and downpipe meets..cause u said it is 2 pieces..and how many pounds of torque did u tighten the header nuts??
honda manufacture suggests 23 ft/lbs of torque
and also what brand of header are u running? u cant go cheap on headers..
