Default faint misfire?

was doing a 3rd gear pull and when i let off and shifted into 5th i noticed a slight misfire. i took the plugs out they were a little black so i put new ones in and gapped them to .027 7e, but it still had the misfire. you can only tell it has a misfire at low engine speeds, cruising on the interstate you cant tell it has a misfire. only thing i noticed different is it has sort of a hesitation when you try to start it but it fires right up, any suggestions would be appreciated. the motor is a stock b16 t3/t4 10 psi crome pro. thanks guys
