99 Civic EX

i am running a sc34 turbo on a stock b18c1 at 7psi. the setup was tuned by the infamous Jeff Evans, so i trust his work. the car was sitting for a couple years but starts, runs, and idles fine. as soon as you give it WOT the thing wants to die. the baseline fuel pressure is set at 60 psi...can anyone confirm that this is the correct fuel pressure to be running this setup with? i know it is def getting to much fuel, i just dont know why.
