For the fender, you have to take the side skirts out exposing two bolts I think. Pop the hood there should be three bolts, take the bumper off and there are like two bolts around the headlight area.
You have to take out the fenderlining clips also. And there is one where you have to open the door to reach a bolt, all bolts need a 10mm socket.

There are 2 or 3 screws connecting the fender lining to it, you might have to take off the tire to get to them. After that, you push the side skirt towards the car I believe and it should fall out.

there seems to be some screws at the bottom, near the sideskirt part, its stuck there but everything else is out, do i have to take off the sideskirts to get it out or there are some hidden screws or something?

You would need to take off the sideskirt to get to the last bolt of the fender. The screws you were talking about, are you talking about screws under the sideskirt or screws around the fender keeping the plastic covering intact?

im talking about the screws around the fender keeping the plastic covering intact, i dont have to take that out right? the fender will be out after i take the sideskirts out and remove the bolts/screws right?

Well since you are changing to a new fender, you need to take those screws off around the fender. There is one bolt on the fender after you take your sideskirt off and one more bolt on the top corner of the fender when you open the door.
