weard cold idle?
hey guys was wondering wat u think. i got a jdm h22, aem v2 intake, skunk 2 intake manifold, full exhaust, no internals. durring a cold start my car has a fluctuating idle? it revs to 2gs then drops to 1500 over and over then at a certain temp it drops to 750 and idles fine. so wat do u guys think? IAC? thanks for any help.
clean your idle air control valve, if that doesn't work, theres a thread on here on what else to check for, search for it i dont remember the name

i am not sure, i know that you clean the idle air control valve with carb cleaner, im not sure how you clean the fast idle valve.
yeah. check the fitv - fast idle thermo valve if it's only a cold problem.

this happened to me when i broke my coolant temperature sensor connector. didnt know it was broke, popped off on its own.
really hard to start when it was cold, and when it did start, idle would bounce around like your idle does.

don't buy the valve!!!!! they are adjustable. if it's the one on the throttle body, not sure about the one on the intake manifold. but anyway just take the two philips head screws off of the side with the brassy looking plate and turn the disc inside until the gap on each side of the port look even. in worked on mine so if it is the same problem it should fix it for good.
