d16z6 spark plugs

what spark plugs do i need to run on my 94 civic ex d16z6 turbo charged i want to run 20 lbs i know i need to run colder the engine is built for my turbo

Wrong page. This belongs in the Forced Induction page. I would guess stock. i dunno if its the correct gap.
