Default V-TECH HEAD

im lookin into buyin a b16 or b18 v-tech head. i got like 200 bucks dont matter if head dosent have valves or springs, i just need a clean head. im in san diego area

You should be able to find a v-tech headset for under $200 here http://www.vtechphones.com/vtechui/index.cfm but you really should have posted this on some kind of phone forum.

well learn how to spell VTEC before you misdirect someone!!! thats why he gave you the VTECH phone website...lol....

you should learn to spell before you know what youre going to do with that head.

i have a clean head with a 3 angle valve job. no cams or cam gears.

Stop ragging on the kid because he doesn't know what Vtec is. Vtec is an acronym for <U>V</U>ariable-valve <U>T</U>iming and <U>E</U>lectronic <U>C</U>ontrol. Basically your motor runs on a Primary or first lobes until the VTEC solenoid actuates and engages the Secondary or second set of lobes of the camshaft that push the valves, springs, and retainers down. This causes increased air flow for higher RPMs and less air flow for lower RPMs. Engines don't need as much air for the lower RPMs, but they do need a lot more for the higher RPMs which is why VTEC is the world's greatest invention !

i have a complete p72 head with i/m and t/b all sensors and everything. if u don't want the cams, cam gears, i/m and t/b... i'm willing to part with that but all the valve train besides the cams and gears i won't part. lmk via PM if you're interested....
