Plz Help Me I have my Turbo Set up in but i have a problem. the boost is kicking in and the blow off is fine no oil leak no fuel leak and no clicking in tran. now in boost my car feels and sounds very strong but it just wont move could it be that my car is throwing out too much and my clutch isnt grabbing. can someone plz help me figure this out so i know what to change out

 

so..the car doesn't move at all? what tranny? cable/hydro? check your axles?

 

no the car moves fine the tranny is the stock b16a2 Tranny Cable and axles are fine. i also notice running up and down my street turbo everything runs great but i notice i cant even Chrip second gear with the turbo on and with my setup i chrip second like its nothing the car has intec mainfold and Aem V2 Cai and rans 14.9-15.1 havent taken the newer boosted car but im sure it will run shittier

 

does it just seem to rev if you really get on it and not move anywhere? what clutch do you have?

if you still have the stock clutch than that needs to go

 

is it a new clutch ? have you adjusted the cable any?

 

what kinda of clutch u have ?

 

check the clutch and presure plate.....maybe its messed up and thats y its not grabbing!!!

 

i think its still a stock clutch when i bought the Motor from Hap i never changed the clutch. so if it is the clutch then is thier any sugestions on which clutch i should get? i have B16a2 T3 turbo, evolution wastegate, treadstone intercooler, 12.1 Vortech FMU. and the 6a Msd kit boosted at 4 - 6 Psi i belive cause the boost springs in the wastegate wont tell me which boost its at for all i know it could be 9 - 15 unsafe any website i can buy boost springs for my wastegate?

 

get the action 2ms u should have changed the clutch as soon as u turboed that engine

 

which one do i get Sprung or unsprung and know any places to get my boost springs for my evolution wastegate

 

i dont know bout boost spring but get the clutch sprung

O Yea Also i wanted to get a bored .85 mm sleaved B16a2 what pistons do i get with those and rods or will i be safe with my stock si Rods. plans are to Boost 20 Psi + hopefully max out what my turbo can push out. anyways anyone knows whats up what site i can goto to look at these stuff like what i need and **** to get my motor running. with the bored block. BTW this is Just a Motor for my Current car i am gonna switch to a K20 next spring for smog emissions and drop that b16a into a Crx and go full race. Also K20a Kpro with basic bolt ons Ez 12. sec rite as ive been told. now say if i need to smog the car can i just replace the ecu with Kpro and drop another Rsx Stock ecu in and it will pass with flying colors?
