Someone Help Me With This...

Earlier i was driving today and while i was at a stop sign i was about to go and all of a sudden the car wont engauge anymore like it just sits there and revs up i cant reverse or nothing i know my tranny isnt out cause i can still move it into gears and the clutch still feels fine what could it be?

hmm it might be my throw out bearing also cause i was going to test it to see if it would move and i accidently forgot it was in 1st so i let off the clutch and the engine was still on?? it was weird
Any chance one of the axles poped out of the diff?
Probably not. Not to mention, going by his user name, doubtful his car has a cable clutch tranny.

You can shift into gear just fine, release the clutch, and you just don't move...you just rev up?
I am leaning toward the clutch system. Check along the entire clutch line, from pedal (inside vehicle side of master cylinder) to clutch slave cylinder (clutch slave cylinder output rod). Past that...
