Default Civic 94 Over heating, Bad idle and new rad

Alright on my 94 SI coupe, i changed the radiator cause it was all dirty and rotten, but ever since i chagned it the c ar keep over heating for nothing the heat Bar goes from cold to HOT in no sec, than drop down at normal temperature. I put FUll antifreeze concentrate and some water, at the garage they told me to put 50/50 ( i live in Canada so cold winter eh... ) anyways, ever since i bought that car the normal idle speed is 750, but usualy going from 1000 to 2000 than drop down again at 1000 then back up at 2000, bad idle i think its the IACV but i dont know where it is and how to remove and replace or jsut fix it, I NEED HELP GUYS!!!

read your other post about the idle, as for the ovearheating, did you burb the system?

if not, it is quite simple.
let the car cool down.
open the radiator cap.
start the car.
add coolant/water until the radiator is capped off.
add radiator cap and lock up and your done.
