Recently I bought a Civic EX coupe and replaced the idle control because it was idling up and down for like 30-60 seconds then it would idle fine. Yesterday the car died and had to be towed. checked this morning and she ran the oil low and now it won't idle at all. it just revs up and down constantly. I need help to diagnose, any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance
