Default Code 45 off with fuel injector cleaner?

I've had a problem with CEL coming on w/ code 45 (rich condition) I've replaced fuel filter, installed a fuel press. gauge, new wires, dist. new ECU. The light's been off the last 500 miles after a bottle of fuel injector cleaner, but came back on. I can't say how many 02 sensors I've installed too. No dealer or mechanic can seem to figure this out.

Any ideas?

i pulled this code the other day and im baffled by it as well, it only gives the code when im at heavy throttle and only when my car's still in warm-up mode. So im thinking it might be my IACV or other warm-up stuff thats causing a domino effect.

I've replaced just about everything including the IACV. Dealership even drilled out all the EGR passages too.

is your car stock?

what are your fuel pressure readings (one with the vac line plugged onto the regulator one with it capped off)?

I would assume that you have a leaky or clogged injector causing this, but get that other info up first.

Get a fuel pressure gauge and see what yours looks like. Seems to me that your regulator is either malfunctioning or maybe a MAP sensor problem.

fuel pressure line on is 42
line off is 47

looks good to me. I've also replaced the engine due to poor oil pressure. I got a replacement JDM from hmonline I put that engine and intake in my car. I had the same rich condition with the old engine too.

What engine do you have? The fuel pressure is a little on the high side.
