H22a only running on cylinders 1 & 3 wtf?
I swapped a H22a w/ ecu into my 1993 prelude, but it's only running on 2 cylinders. It's so obvious with a new SS header because cylinders 2 & 4 aren't changing colors & it's running rough.
Compression is good (210-215 all around), and all cylinders are getting fuel & spark (swapped around injectors & brand new plugs).
There are no error codes. We've tried unplugging sensors to see if it changes anything. Could it be the result of a loose knock sensor?
We are unsure what else to check and what the cause could be. If you have any suggestions, help me please.

I had the same thing happen with an F22b1 swap into an EG. I could pull spark plug wires and it wouldn't change how it ran. What it ended up being was that the entire EGR system was caked with carbon. Took apart the ERG rail on the manifold, and the EGR valve and rebinstalled. After that, it fired right up and ran great. I don't get it, as it is just an air passage, basically, but it happened. lol
It defies everything I know about cars. Worth looking into.
