need some help quick

i have a 99 si and my car would not start this morning all the lights turned on when i turn the ignition so im guessing the battery is still good and all it does is make a clicking sound when i try to it on if any one could help me asap i would really appreciate it

Dead battery. It may have enough juice for the lights, but if you hear the starter click, it doenst have enough juice to crank over.

all the lights come on does not mean the battery is good..try to jump start..if it starts..your battery might be bad..try to hot wire your starter, see it it clicks and turn over..and also your fuel pump whines when u first turn the key,right?
