I assume you are referring to part #1/17 in the diagram below?

Manifold does not attach to muffler?? Manifold, then cat, then resonator/mid-pipe, THEN muffler?

Majestic Honda (HondaAutomotiveParts.com) and San Leandro Honda (SLHonda.com) have them for ordering parts, it's the same diagrams Honda Parts departments use at the dealerships too.

I generally post the diagrams from SLHonda because they are cleaner but order my parts from Majestic because they seem to be a little cheaper.

that is a very helpful diagram..and in this case im lookin for the #10 i think...because im replacing the exhaust manifold gasket, so i would have to replace the other gasket that attaches to the pipe on the opposite end of the exhaust manifold. I hope that makes sense.

Those #10 gaskets are hollow metal O-rings. Once taken apart, they usually leak so you'll want to replace them.

FYI, if you're describing it to the parts counter... That pipe (#8 or 9) is called the "A-pipe" by Honda's naming convention.

However... you might be able to leave that bolted together. Un-do the support bracket #11 and unhook several of the rubber hangers on teh exhaust pipe. Then you might be able to flex the manifold out just enough to replace the manifold gasket.

I'm not sure what year Touring posted, but you didn't say what your car is. Some of them are different. Especially if you have a V-6 it's a lot different.
