TQ specs on the cam caps/cam girdle thingys

just as the title states... what should i torque them down to? its the top 16 bolts including the bolts that have the valve cover fasteners if you're confused.

the 12mm heads are 20ftlb with oil, and the 10mm heads are 7.2ftlb with oil
