Radiator support, Does this need to be welded in?

OP, you can have the radiator supprt welded on by a welder or a body shop.
you can also bolt it up yourself, which will save you money.

Of course I'm serious. I did a JDM front end swap on my buddies 99 GS-R. We stood on the opposite side of the garage and got a running head start. We SLAMMED that **** on there hard enough to make it stay.

Yes. You do need to weld the rad support in. If you want to bolt it in, go a head. It will save money, but I would want the assurance of knowing it's not going anywhere.

why would you even try to bolt it in? it is a sure thing that its gonna come lose in no time. i would do it the right way and weld it in that also make the car safe if you crash it

duck tape a peice of string and some chewinggum will work
so yeah ti does need to be welded iun its just a few spot welds nothing terribe. had to do mine when the engine hoist broke and bent it... ooops
