ok guys everything looks good on the wiring. oil pressure is good and when solenoid opens up the pressure drop from 85 to 70 ish so we know the solenoid is working. now question i dont feel and hear anything. this is brand new motor with GSR head and turbo. chipped ecu and crome tune ( didnt even finish up tuning high cams bcoz we couldnt hear any vtec). i even tried unhooking up the chargepipe to hear more closely. vtec set to 5k. no engine light at all. definately cannot hear any vtec engaging. solenoid clicks with 12v manually. screen is clean. like wise oil pressure is good. i even tried manually activating the solenoid and revving @ 3500-4000rpm but throws me code 22 oil pressure switch and still no vtec engagement. the oil is good topped out.

my friends thinks i have b16 automatic cams?
bad wiring ? atleast should throw some codes right?

no ist not.

i have Ek 4dr Ls tranny 5 speed.[
