i think ebay **** do the job, not name brand but does the job. i got one for my eg hatch does the job feels a difference, i would say do it cuz its a cheap and pretty effective way.
some things like pipe cant be so developed that you get a major diffrence in hp between brands the main thing when it comes to exhaust is limit your bends and where there are bends make sure there clean. I just went and got mine bent and put on at a mufler shop and it was like 150 from the headers back. the only part is trying to find a shop to leave out the cat.
I got a 3" stainless catback from ebay and it has a "GReddy EVO" can on it. You can't even tell it's off brand. It looks just like the GReddy and sounds just as good also. I'm actually going to take it off my car and give it to my g/f for her turbo'd B16 '00 coupe and I'm going to buy me a 3" stainless catback with an "Apex'i N1" can on it. I have done it and I will do it again! It was cheap and a great buy!
If the pictures are high res and it looks good. And they promise it's stainless then go for it.
Just use the piping you need. Pipe is pipe.

Negative.
There's a big difference between something that gets 600 degress and something that gets 1200-1400 degrees.
headers you CAN cheap out on and if it breaks you're okay. You don't want your turbo manifold cracking.
