Default Turbo R on track --> report

This weekend there was an big AutoX on the *Wachau ring* . Driving time was about 50 seconds with a top speed of 160 kpH (about 100mph). It was very hot outside (35 Degree C).
I drove 8 rounds on the track with break under each run

I boosted max. 1 Bar and had never overheating problems. No problems at all.

Best times was 46.xx seconds by old VW beetle with Porsche engine and striped with all mods what are perfect for autoX AND 200bhp 1400cc VW polo, also moded and striped very hard

2nd Best times was 47.xx by another old beetle, Mitsu EVO V (moded too) and a 2nd gen. RX7 with lots of mods, and a few car which I can't remember.
A few 48.xx times
One 49.xx time

Me: done a 50.08 time.
MY only good mods for AutoX was 195/565/15 Slicks in front and 185/560/15 Slicks in the rear. Lowering Springs with stock dampers.

I'm happy about the times, cause most better cars had wider slicks and were lighter and had 4wd or rwd. Fully built for AutoX with perfect suspension, wide slicks, striped to about 600 Kg (1321 pounds).

PS: With 150kpH I had one 180 degree spin, cause the *** was bitching.

Not bad!!! Is it really AutoX or just track day?

What happened after the 180 deg spin?

After the 180 deg spin: Reverse and drove back to the start/finish line

It was a kind of mixture between AutoX and track. The Wachau-Ring is a tiny track and there were some autoX *hoods* to drive thru. I have made pics, should be online within 2 weeks.

Hey, I'm thinking about to get a costum licence plate instead SE-60KC to SE-OWNZ 1 or SE-OWN 1 ...that would be cool. The government want 130 USD for doing this.

Yeah, nobody over here can imagin what this ownz that mean.

Lucky you! We would never have that kind of speed at autoX in the States.

They're called Solo Trials here and only a few regions have them. Here in Denver they hold them at Second Creek Raceway. Basicly it's a solo 1 with some slalom cones on the longer straights to slow you down.
