Step 1: Remove head
Step 2: remove and clean up old gasket material
Step 3: install new head gasket
Step 4: install head
Step 5: Pay and thank your local Honda tech for a job well done and for helping you avert sure catastrophe by tying this yourself when your obviously not qualified to do so

Why not just buy a whole new car with that mentality, just throwing parts at it til it's fixed uh? you sound like one of those guys that says it's too expensive to let a tech work on my car so I'll just spend all my money on parts til it's fixed...why not just throw a new heater core, hoses, fans and a new gauge cluster in as well? you have not done that yet maybe that will fix it

Coffee color? without cream and sugar? You can also get that color when you don't change your oil for a while. You can also have the radiator water tested for hydrocarbons which would point to a headgasket problem.
