Depends on what kind of power you want. The most I've seen from a Greddy kit is around 300whp but most of the time the usual numbers from a k20a2 is around 270-280whp. The Greddy kit comes with an internal wastegate which is better for emissions but not for making power.

best question is how much power and money you want to spend. the information is out here we just need to know what you want to do.
as far as turbo brands garrett gt30r or 35r work great and spool quick.
turbonetics t3/t4 turbos are good and cheaper than garrett. 60-1 is only like $850 and can make up to 520hp maybe more. but it's shim type not ball bearing like the garrett.
tial makes great wastegates and bov, definately pricey but great quality. hks makes a good ssq bov. turbosmart has a great wastegate but is also pricey.
intercoolers all seem to work about the same. the bigger the better in most cases but if it's too big for the power of the motor then ther will be boost lag and possibly underboosting in some cases. you don't have to go crazy, just something that fits.
i/c piping can be important when making high hp/boost. the least couplers and multiple peices of piping is better. less to blow off underboost and smaller amount of clamps you have to depend on. but can cause more headaches when working on or removing.
manifolds play a big roll in making high power but in lower power applications don't matter too much. they all make about the same power. some look better than others and are easier to install. some are necessary for use with bigger turbos. the side mounts and top mounts are needed if you want to use a big t3/4 or a t4.
hope i could help a little
my setup,
AFI ported/matched top mount manifold
Turbonetics 62-1 turbo
turbosmart wastegate 38mm
(new just installed) tial 50mm bov
Precision 1000cc injectors
spearco fmic
custom/universal piping
K-pro PRB
Wiseco pistons
Pauter rods
Castillo crank
AEBS T-sleeves
supertech valves/springs/retainers
RLZ head
3.25 to 3.75 down pipe dump
14-26psi depending on fuel
if i had the money i'd change some things but it makes good power for what it is. it's all in what you want your car to be. anywhere from making 250hp to making 800hp.
it's all reachable... if your wallet's big enough.

Your list is good. Looks like you are going for big power with big money too. Full Race makes some of the best kits in the market.
I'm assuming you have a k swap already. Any pics of your ride?

no kswap it's coming
im going from 115 hp to all hell of a lot moe lol
forums have hepled me alot to try and learn more about tunning and going for boost because i've had my car since 2001 really only spent money on stereo and cosmetics like body kits projectors and
shity altezzas that i im gonna take right off when i take my car out of stoage
im gonna do my boosted swap over the winter so i still have some time to do some shopping

From pictures and video i've seen it seems that AFI and Peakboost do make quality kits as well but IMO Full Race Kits are still the industry leaders.
I haven't had the chance to see the AFI or Peakboost kits in person but I have seen the Full Race kits and they are masterpieces.

but do you have her number? I do.
but do you have her number? I do.
that setup should yeild good power. are you sleeving it?
as far as clutch i had an exedy hyper single. and i just got my exedy twin disc. havn't had it on the road yet with that clutch...
but i drove a rsx that has the same clutch and it was a beast. not good for everyday driving in traffic... but definately track worthy.
the gt40r made 750hp on a 2.0L gsr at our shop. so it's capibable of high power. but unless you've sleeved your motor i wouldn't go anywhere near that high...
a 35r has made 567hp at our shop... and even that is way more than a stock block would be safe to handle.
when i built my motor we talked to some teams that were running k series motors in ther race cars and they had problems of spinning rod bearings at high power/high rpm's and recommended i send off my crank to have it widened and run custom rods.
i sent my crank to castillo's in california and he widened it for use with h22 bearings. i had to get custom rods, the only place we trusted to do it, and that would do it for us, was pauter.
so i'm basically running an h22 style rod and bearing.
great axle choics same one's i'm using with upgraded hubs.
definately sleeve the motor if looking to make power. AEBS ftw!
my turbonetics 62-1 made 617hp and it's just t3/t4.
full race manifold makes within 5hp of afi but is great quality and has a great name behind it. tial bov and wastegate is a great choice.
skunk2 valvetrain is pricy but no complaints with power/quality. ferrea also has a great setup for k20. and supertech is good too.
overall you've got a great idea of what your doing and looks like you'll make great power. just dont let it all go down the drain by not sleeving your motor or skimping out somewhere.
good luck with the build. keep us posted.

i am thinking about sleeving but still un sure on what it does i think it make the block walls thicker and stronger and doesn't lower displacement too.
k20boiZ you went to 87mm from 89mm i think can you tell me about sleving
thanx

I'm at a 88mm bore. stock k20 is 86mm. when you sleeve a block you have the oportunity to go from stock 86mm up to 89mm+.
sleeving a block gives more rigidity to the cylinder walls, allowing less side to side cylinder wall load. it drastically reduces the ability of the cylinders to flex and crack. it re-inforces the cylinder walls and allows them to handle more pressure/stress/heat.
sleeving a block will make it extremely hard to crack a block/cylinder. it also allows a completely flat surface for the head/head gasket to seat too. therefore allowing the head to sit as flat as possible to the block.
don't waste your time/money on building a nice setup like your talking about and not sleeve the block. some people say you can make 500hp on a stock block... and you can... for one or two pulls...
if you want to do it right sleeve it. here's the AEBS link. if you want to sleeve it or have any questions or anything hit me up. we can get some hookups through the shop. just let me know.

if you are looking to do it locally I'd recommend Defcon Racing.
other options in the GTA are Mississauga Engines, Canadian Cylinder Head, Leitner Performance, Gord Bush (not sure what his shop's business name is), Ajax engines.
Mississauga engines would be the closest machine shop to you i believe.
