After getting a GReddy kit, can you upgrade to a larger mitsubishi turbo like a 16G? Or any other turbo thats bigger than the GReddy one? Thanks

the 16g is tiny.
Yes you should be able to upgrade to say a 20g or even better, a Precision.

510cfm is "tiny" in my book.
Especially when he already has a 18g (600cfm)
Shoot, even the TD05-14b out of the stock 1st gen flows 405cfm. The 16g isn't much of an upgrade.
Now, a FP Green or Precision that flows 750+ cfm. Now that's an upgrade.

Actually, its an eg civic... TD04-15G. 16G is good for about 380hp and 12-second quarter mile times (in a 1G DSM which is totally different but whatever). Precision turbos...where can I get more info on these?

Yeah, 380 Crank HP @ 1,000,000 lbs of boost.
So, this is a SOHC GReddy turbo kit he's refering too. Opps, sorry.
You can find out a bunch of info on this site. Go Search for "Precision"
Good luck, ask Arturbo any questions about presicion turbos.

How are the 20Gs on an SOHC... real laggy, i'd think... does anyone know where I can find a compressor map for a Mitsu 20G so I can see how a d16 matches up to it?

Look here, you should find all that you want : http://www.stealth316.com/2-3s-compflowmaps.htm#fm
<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote"> TD06H-20G. This flow map is for the 20G wheel in the TD06H housing. As such it is sized too large for our engines. Flow map coverage of demand lines is poor</TD></TR></TABLE>
and they're talking about a 3.0 litres V6 Twin Turbo engine, so for a SOHC, I guess this is a too big turbo.

He'd be doing that anyways (heard that the greddy dp was like 2 1/8 or 2 1/4")

I wish turbo matching was really that easy
