weird engine question

Default weird engine question

i was told that honda engines rotate opposite that most others, i was wondering if it was true with the s2k engine, the reason i ask is i was thinking of putting one in my 89 rx7

what rotating part are you referring to, and why the hell would that mean anything if you are droping it into a FC?

Why would that matter at all actually? Very odd question.

The F20/22 rotates oppositely compared to most Honda engines, as does the K20/24. I can't remember which way that is though.

the roating assebly in the engine, rods pistons crank, is what i mean is the output on the engine.
if i where to put a chevy engine in it it would work just fine, but if i put a honda b-series in i would have 1 forward gear and 5 reverse gears becouse they rotate the oppisite then most others
i was wondering if the f-series would work
i think b-series rotate clockweise

correcto... rotates clockwise ... d, b, and h series rotates counter clockwise...

i realy dont get what you are saying/asking
all i am tring to figure out if the s2000 engine and trans will work in my rx7 or not
