b16 help

i installed a b16 in my rex the engine wont start, it has spark it has fule has compression also the timing is right in help would be great. it cranks over it sounds like it wants to start but no go

check all the ground wires...spark plugs firing order..main relay..

all grounds r good all relays good firing order is correct
