Yeah, I think I'd check the motor mounts. What brand are you using?

well I got it from a guy they are black with red bushings in it...
He said they were on his eg coupe and that they should fit....
Not sure what to do now...
Also anyone know why the throttle cable on the eg won't adjust with the pro-series manifold (skunk2) but it works perfectly with the edelbrock??
thanks

i had the same problem with mine! ... too bad i found out the day after i got my $2,000 paint job, and it dented my hood leaving 3 little nipples where the valve cover, and the hood met...
do you have a mount upside down? is that possible?
also was your car an auto at one time?
or maybe the guy you bought it from had the auto->manual mount on the passenger side?
visually compare the mounts to your stock mounts.
your motor should be flat.

WELL i DID DO A AUTO TO MANUAL SWAP IN THE CAR....
DOES THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE??
This is all I did to the car...
its a 1994 civic dx hatch
I got a 98 gsr in it hydro trans.
I did the pedals the clutch master cylinder and ran the line from the Clutch master to the tranny.
I did change the T bracket because the stock one would not fit on the block.
I was given mounts and the t bracket with the swap.
He said it came out of his EG coupe.
My question is...
What is all needed to do a:
GSR swap into a auto converted manual eg hatch...
Now im hearing that you need to change the throttle cable to a GSR????
I have a skunk2 manifold on it too..
anyone?

you need to order the right mount for your car, hasport makes one for the auto-manual.
you also need a type-r throttle cable and bracket.
research would've told you all of this, the skunk manifold tells you what you'll need right on the directions.
