Default CEL 4: CKP sensor

are these sensors a fairly common item to replace? do they just go bad? could the sensor just have come unplugged? i changed my timing belt like 2 weeks ago, and i never even touched the sensor or wire harness, but it seems like too much of a coincidence. has anyone else ever had to deal with this CEL?

I threw that same code with my 97 Prelude. it's a bitch to change since you have to take the crank pulley off. Since you've already taken yours off before, the bolt shouldn't be hard to take off.
