Default b18c1 into 90 integra ls...

ok my boy's got his motor, he's still waiting on tranny and ecu. right now we're taking the old b18a and trans out of the car, but we don't really have a clue what to expect in trying to put the whole thing back together. what all is necessary with this swap? i'm pretty sure all the mounts should match up and bolt right in, but what about axles, harness, ecu, etc.? i've heard from one source that the factory harness for the b18a should mostly plug right into the b18c except for some minor alterations. i would assume at least one of these alterations would be the vtec solenoid? and what about the ecu? what kind of wiring should have to take place there to make the ls harness work with the gsr ecu? and the axles are a big question too... any help would be greatly appreciated.

umm bro.. 90 integra LS has a LS cable tranny.. the b18c1 has a hydro tranny
So your stuck with running a Cable tranny on that GSR motor.

I think your boy wasted his money, he could have done a LS/VTEC conversion easier then doing a GSR swap
and it would have made more Torque and HP

Someone answer the rest of his questions

he was originally planning to do an ls/vtec, but after waiting 3 months to get a b16a motor and tranny, he just said **** it and took a b18c they had in stock for $2300. he's going to be using a cable tranny... s1 i believe? if i'm not mistaken that's the tranny that comes factory with a b16a... the whole reason he's even doing the swap is he blew his tranny so he decided to upgrade the whole drivetrain at the same time.

thanks for your opinion, but if anyone else has answers to my questions i'd appreciate it...
